Sometimes they disappoint, but more times than not people like to be helpful. 

Disappointing, for sure.

This was one of my big surprises/disappointments when I started.You read everywhere, "I write the contract on a napkin and then have my title co do the closing" ....but that won't fly here.So, maybe you are asking the wrong question, to the wrong people.  

But there's not much science to the disappointment that comes from a campaigns that falls flat after spending a pile of your own dough.There's always a lot more to learn.

I tried Airbnb briefly but was disappointed by the lackluster support so I paused my listings for years.
