At Sears & GE I've got commercial accounts.I've wrestled with enough used appliances and breakdowns over the years so that now I usually buy new.BUT I've got a great Appliance guy that heads up all the work for a chain of dealers, he moonlights for me when something breaks down.

The only downside to consider, is that MANY of these solar loans secretly include "dealer fees" that the bank charges to the solar company that you are working with, and so of course these fees are baked into your solar purchase.

Although if someone applies and fits all this criteria yeah for sure ill take them on regardless of where they're from.Is it discrimination because I also wouldn't take someone with all cash and little work history as they are likely a drug dealer?

The movers will also know, they may have dealer tags that they can use, call mobile home sales companies, they know good movers and may have services.

As I said in the wholesaling thread, I am going to start wholesaling properties but was curious as to whether it is recommended if I set up an LLC, I have read somewhere that if I don't then the IRS will consider me a dealer (don't know what that means).
