Regarding my comments about having a good accountant and being diverse with your investments, simply mean you have to make other investments and have enough writeoffs to hopefully offset some of the taxes.  

The Palacios area is world famous among bird lovers for its extreme diversity of bird life.

I am n Texas so I don't know much about Pennsylvania so make out the area you want to be in as far as economic diversity and population growth.  

Low cost of living, good quality of life, favorable business climate, landlord friendly, diverse industries, educated workforce, warm climate are trends that have been in place for years and is continued to 2030.
