I say everybody take a very big deep breath and go about life and business as normal.

what gets me out of bed everyday is breath in my lungs a beat in my heart and the ability to consistily move forward , to be able to help as many people that I can in 24hr's 

Brick and mortar need to breath, especially if any kind of moisture gets in because it will be trapped and degrade the mortar.

I remain very surprised not to see movement in rents and the movement being up if anything.I just get this over whelming feeling that we are all holding our breath- and the sooner they can start testing the general public the sooner we can get back to life.

Make sure he/she checks the following:1 - Furnace makes a "coughing noise"2 - Temperature in the house seems to be "feverishly" higher than it should be3 - The furnace fan doesn't seem to be moving/replacing the inside air as well as it should so the house doesn't seem to be "breathing" like it should. 

Take a breath and pretend you are one of these tenants and what would be reasonable and fair to you. 

You can literally see them breathe a sigh of relief.

This time, within 3 weeks of starting over, I flipped and collected another check for $4,000 dated 2/22/2011 - I'll try to attach it (hold your breath, I'm not much better with blogs than I am with real estate LOL).

I've emailed my title attorney the letter and asked if my title insurance might cover this; no response yet [ seems odd that the letter would be sent so that it arrives on a Friday after business hours]  and I'm not holding my breathe that I will be covered.
