To put my finger on it, what most investors are probably looking for (and by most, I mean the people in the middle of the spectrum) is something that cashflows pretty well (10%+) but also has upside. 

With so many ideas and plans of attack at my finger tips now, i feel it won’t be long until I’m swimming laps.

I live in the house and rent a room, so I may not have as much trouble (crossing fingers).
