I have the opportunity to partner with a contractor to develop a tiny home STR resort.

@Bonnie Low I have built separate units, split houses to have several units, built two tiny houses on one lot, etc.

I've been working on a tiny house community development for nearly 2 years now.

My brother-in-law has a tiny home business.

Does anyone have experience with developing a tiny house community?

For that they might only want to invest a tiny amount and see how it goes, want much higher returns than what very seasoned investors offer to invest with them, or both. 

Important info; I do have a very tiny HOA fee, and there is a rule 'No Air BB'.

They want us to charge less for our cute little tiny house on the pond than you'd pay to stay at the No Tell Motel down the street.  

But I have never done new construction- with the tiny houses I just need a foundation poured with plumbing and electric.
