If the Register of Deeds is any good, they will also know which Attorneys to use and stay away from, and maybe which real estate agent specializes in your interest.Maybe it is the county I live in, but I cannot say enough good things about the staff that I have come in contact with, and this is a semi rural county.Bryn

As a semi-update..

The property is semi-rural in Elk Grove, CA (out of the suburbs but still a neighborhood with 2-3 acre lots).The owner wants to build a 3rd building on the property as multi-use. 

BREIG has been hosting semi-regular ZOOM meetings, usually on Monday during lunch time.

@Frankie PaternoIt’s definitely rough out here when you have 2 bedroom 3rd floor walk up condos going for $375,000 and 3 bedroom semis going for $615,000... a lot of people can’t understand it!!
