I don't wholesale so I can't help there but you are on the right track looking for a daily routine.

I understand as a property manager there are certain things require more effort on our part (Section 8 housing for example) but there are plenty of routine or semi routine things that don't need a surplus charge (lease renewals).  

Furthermore, since Illinois is an attorney state, your broker, if you have one, is not necessarily training in dealing with many of the issues that come up routinely in a closing, as a broker in for instance, Florida may be.

Their wives routinely post pics of their well-scrubbed, well-turned-out kids on Facebook, Instagram shots of their youngest babies, all to cooing approving comments from their moms...and I can't help but think the wives are obviously living their middle-class dreams with the right mule plowing away in the background to fund it all. 

Sometimes I have to restart the servers for various reasons - either upgrading the site, fixing an issue, or just routine maintenance.

@Patrick Hagerty It depends on whether that $200K is a down payment or your total budget.If it's a down payment, most of greater Boston is open to you, however the prices in most of Boston are astronomical.  3-plexes in Jamaica Plain (where I grew up) are routinely selling close to $2M.
