This massive stock market plunge is not because of the coronavirus.

I.e. changing a lightbulb was $50, plunging the toilet was $100, reseting breakers was $50...

Above all else...if a property seems solid, you bring it here and a respected investor walks through the analysis and shows you why it's solid, and you're buying the property as a "deal" e.g. undervalued...you've got to take the plunge.

Eventually, you have to take the plunge and when you do it is great to have a network of people around you who have done it already. 

I have not missed one since and have learned so much I took the plunge with getting my first home under contract this month.

Or you could plunge into the full-time fray from the beginning like I did.
