The daughter then got a written warning that all trash in the containers had to be in plastic bags that are also to be tied, (& I thought plastic bags in dump sites was a issue).

Buildings almost always use the cheapest of everything...including a $2 plastic vent boot instead of the $15 aluminum based vent boots that perform way better.

@Larry Fried,I am looking at the UK and South Africa at the moment, I am South African...But I have not lived there for 20 years :)I am open to all markets where i can get a good return on me investment, I am a bit concerned with the USA market as it is not easy to get a visa for myself, and it is a LONG way to travel.
