Neighbor talked to advance disposal directly during garbage pick up but they wouldn't touch it since there was no label on dumpster.Im not pleased with property management part in this unfortunately I got alot of lip service.

But once u understand the basic fees that apply, what certain labels mean, and what to expect, u can find gems 👌🏼

I find that fear is a healthy  ingredient of risk management in a life of investor.

Go into a room and label everything you need and want to do.

Last I checked, I didn't call anyone names, enter the political arena or suggest anything that could be labeled discriminatory.

I haven't seen enough to the point I'd label it as "many", but there are some condos that have this fee and you'd want to avoid.Hope this helps.

How can you possibly access happiness without asking the person you are labeling as happy/unhappy if they are happy? 

They have the clout and the lobbying power to sway congress just as monsanto buys off politicians to get their anti gmo labeling laws passed or big pharma suppresses any non drug unpatentable natural/organic preventon/cures as there's no profit in health.

Things should be a lot better now but instead of just labeling things the south and midwest be more specific.
