I did all my own hardwood floors in a house and had to move the whole family out while sanding and finishing.  

Needs updating but looks to be all cosmetic most of which I can do myself (rip up carpet for hardwood, wood panel walls, and needs a few appliances). 

Doors, hardwood floors, titles, tools, windows, appliances, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and much more.

We refinished the original hardwood floors (under carpet), added some new appliances, new countertops, some new windows.

And I want to make that happen as soon as I can so that my grief does not get in the way and I do something stupid like buying a condo in Costa Rica and thinking I can start a coffee farm, or even worse a hard wood farm. (20 years for cash flow... are you kidding me?) 

We just finished installing engineered hardwood floor a week before which got damaged severely.

Bad news is they beat the floor protection going down so there will be a few extra bumps and bruises on the original hardwoods for our flooring guys to work out at the end.

That area has hardwood floors.

The pets have added a level of damage that no amount of deposit could cover.This past week we ripped up hardwood floors that were put down 20 years ago.

Rigo Ventura If the property only needs cosmetic help, then new hardwood flooring, kitchen, bath and paint will do the most to make your property feel new and increase your value.In my experience, I have only gutted everything and started over.
