@Brian Morreale I have seen this with our duplex actually, and we landlords typically think the rent is just right and the potential tenants see it differently because the fancy apartment building down the road is offering ONE-MONTH FREE rent and potential tenants expect us to do the same but at a lower rent to the apartment building, of course. 

Fancy coffee and 200 channels is what the broke without a plan do. 

I would personally be more than happy to pay, say, $2 per month per unit if the software just did exactly what you'd expect it to and avoiding trying to be fancy and do things for us.Thing is, all these platforms are evolving ... so my comments will probably be inaccurate 3 months from now in important ways.  

Although a Money Market is technically a DDA (Demand Deposit Account...a fancy word for an account that lets your write checks), it sill falls under the Truth in Savings rules.

With Wall Street they are all "up there" and shrouded behind a lot of very official, fancy tech and communication. 

And I'm thinking over here that if you could find a mhp either going belly up or in distress due to poor management or owner who don't give a fancy rat backside about the park then what would stop you from allowing tiny homes on one part with regular mh on the other, the infrastructure is all ready there.
