Dana Dunford Thanks for your perspective and elevating the risks.I just reviewed the Venmo user agreement now.

They had no balconies, no grass areas, no elevator (2 stories) no dishwashers, disposals, they didn't even get assigned parking as our little lot was not big enough for every tenant's cars or their guests.  

Matt's comments about the house being on a higher elevation in the street is a good point.

New building codes require properties to be elevated before building.

By your logic it would be necessary to install an elevator in any building if a tenant was wheel chair bound.

How is the building set up, equal sides in an open space, long and narrow, widthXlength can limit options or themes, it may not be a great dance floor or live dinner theater setting, lounge, etc.ADA compliance, how accessable is the basement, does it have more than one exit, an elevator?

I'm pretty sure new homes in the whole park would elevate the lot rents and help overcome the stigma of the slumlord park history.  

Do the homes in place have elevation certificates?
