and what do you consider a good ROII am and Michigan USA and i was making anything from 12-15% on my rental in dubai they told me i would make guarantee 8% so i wanted to give it a try, but after you factor in everything else from the obvious ones like utilities and maintenance fees to the less obvious like property management, currency exchange and transfer fees you're lucky if you can clear 5%and currently there are overwhelming supply there are massive projects being built that mean rental prices will keep declining

An example is a pair of shoes that sells for 50% cheaper in a discount store.HOWEVER, an INVESTMENT bargain in Real Estate is more to do with it's future price because unlike the shoes which is worthless after a while, Real Estate will either keep it's value or increase in value.I'm buying for an INVESTMENT bargain.I try to buy low income, low value, low cash flow to achieve high income, high value and high cash flow.It's worked for me for the last 20 years and every year I have heard that it's a big mistake to think you can predict future appreciation.I guess I have been luck 7 times (I bought 7 multi-family buildings) in a row for the last 20 years.

The house looks pretty nice....I'd lose the flower pots around the front door; if possible, add a small pair of shutters to the window on the porch and repaint the shutters a burnt-orange that will go well with the brick but still make it pop.
