It is a damp climate right now and since its 65-80 degrees most days people are not using their ac or heat.

Looking for a little advice on climate controlled storage from the self storage experts out there.....I have an old five story freight elevator served 36,000SF warehouse building that I have listed in a large Midwestern city. 

I personally dislike the following: cold climates, annoyingly tenant-friendly laws, long eviction periods, onerous city governments, shrinking populations, and generally anything over a 20 minute drive from my house.  

However, in cold climates, it also reflects heat back into a room, reducing heat LOSS from a conditioned space.

But with the climate where I live the winter's are tough on tools that are stored in the garage.

People tend to be nuts about Allura or porcelain (in hot climates).
