Also, you may want to see if there are other options out there and find a way to end the agreement if they aren't cutting it for you because when you have tenant turnover, you'll be relying on this same company to show the house again and manage the turnover tasks for you.

If a book ventures off on "I did this, I did that, this is how you can, this is how Joe did" it usually falls in an informative but informal, often opinionated writing that isn't really a technical writing that can be relied upon.My point was, that no one book could possibly cover the material introduced in the program mentioned.I don't know Gary or his book, I'm not even referring to him as a guru specifically.

It took 36 hours of phone calls, emails and trips to the bank(s).The renters are settled in to there new home.Insurance company sent me a cancellation notice stating that "the roof is in need of replacement"Estimates 40% higher than I was anticipating  AND...it needs to be re decked with new sheeting.
