Any state where the powers that be have a D by their name is going to favor the tenant and be anti business

It also gives them a sense of how you might behave when it comes time for late fees and evictions if they don’t hold up their end of the lease.

They might very well be having no problems at all if they had different leadership and mindset over the past 20 years..... 

@Jay HinrichsI'm certainly not out there on the West Coast to know what drives the market and how brokers behave, while you have decades in this, Jay.

If they vote like they did back home, we here in Texas will be have a water crises, ridiculous housing prices, out of control local and state government, homeless everywhere and perpetual covid lockdowns too just like CA stuff they are trying to get away from.

I'll see how it goes in court tomorrow and how he behaves. 

I admit it’s easy to get the impression that’s just how people behave when they have an excess of income.
