Even then I believe the proposal requires that landlords must occupy one of the units for one yr before legally renting out the entire property.You sound like you know what you're doing - my guess is this is nothing new but just in case you may find this link useful: http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/cityplanning/completepr...They send out announcements and an email blast every so often that you can subscribe to through that link.  

Short payoffs are super rare so I have no recollection of their specific mention in that announcement, but if anything I would expect it to be more lenient compared to a short sale.I'd suggest finding someone in Ohio to run it and see.

Dallas added over 100,000 jobs in 2017 and a host of different companies have recently announced their plans to continue to create jobs in Dallas over the next 5 years.

This is a far-cry from my usual sleeping in, hanging at the beach, and only thinking about my properties if my property manager emails me about something.Not sure the point in my post, other than to make the announcement that my usual preaching of cash flow outside of California has a twist in the plot now.

A few days ago I posted about Zillow getting into the flipping business, then earlier today I learned they were getting into the lending business, now they announce they have their brokerage license in Arizona, but they have no plans to represent home buyers and sellers.

Regarding Airbnb, the homesharing ordinance was announced about 7 months ago which effectively bans short term rentals in LA on July 1st, 2019.
