I'll echo Peter's comment as well - I' d love to hear any more thoughts you have on both mid/western MA and ME or NH.

I will be moving to Longmeadow next year and I am trying to research the best rental areas in western Ma.  

Hoping to find a 2-3 bedroom place for around $70k in the western portion of Pittsburgh out by the airport. 

In general Short Pump, Midlothian,  Western Henrico and Hanover county are where a lot of $$$$$, and anything near the courts-- mosby court, fairmouth (sp?)

@Mark Franks I have 32 apartments that I manage here in the Chicago western suburbs and I have used kwickset locks from landlordlocks.com for all of them.

I recently got on the board of a family company who just released phase two of a new sub-development  involving 30+ lots in Western MD.

For example, we have western themed STRs and so we hang old rusty spurs and bits on the wall, lariat rope, old cowboy hats, etc...you need something beside pictures, they are too 2 dimensional...Overall I'd give it a 9 out of 10 and I was trying to be picky, so good job!!!
