That said, I have no self-guilt kicking people out on Christmas but then high-roading them on the internet.

We never skied over Christmas or during the Sundance Film Festival...which I sort of regret!  

A dead christmas tree got pushed around for six months before it finally ended up in MY yard waste (I didn't complain because I was tired of seeing it too) for example.Prices are high right now and we are probably going to see a recession in the next couple years. 

I hope that you will all take my showing up here at 2am on Christmas Eve as a show of our seriousness about seeking feedback and continuing to improve our product.

Assuming that's feasible and ends up being the case, that would still allow Christmas and New Year's to be the official startup of the tourism industry in this area again.

When you can give away property to single moms with children and veterans returning from overseas (without a mortgage)... it's like Christmas all the time!

But It happens every time Christmas rolls around.

All of my worst tenants were either inherited like yours or ones that I accepted at this time of year between thanksgiving and Christmas.

I have contact with my tenants on average twice a year, once to send them a Christmas Thank You gift for being a good tenant and I allow them 1 complaint a year!
