the management agreement stated work over a curtain dollar amount of 500.00 in repairs was to be approved by the landlord. we did not approve the repair and were threatened with court if we didn't pay them for the labor. in fact, I wrote them an email and specifically told them 4) B unit panel was damaged by someone likely the tenant and has wires dangling out and now we have to replace and update it.

If you come across this situation make sure to talk to local attorney so that you understand your responsibilities in your location.The animal is destructive to the property or displays threatening behaviors that could put other tenants or yourself at risk.The size or nature of the animal makes it impossible to house safely our humanely.

A tenant’s guest shoots and kills someone at the rental property.Another tenant threatens to behead the landlord.And a third renter runs a prostitution ring out of the unit.In each case, the landlord pursues an eviction, and each time, the judge says no.These are just some of the eviction-worthy situations that have gone nowhere since April 6, when the California Judicial Council suspended virtually all unlawful-detainer proceedings in the state.In the cases above, the landlords pointed to the Judicial Council’s exception for threats to health and safety.The plaintiffs were still denied.The justification?
