If the police already have the property under surveillance for the trafficking of drugs, you may have already lost your property for failing to report it.  

Cell phone, cameras, boots, ladders, tool kit, mold collection kits, computer to type and email reports, and grit.

Have a plumber run a tv camera down the line to see what the problem is.

And I'm pretty sure no local business (or franchise) wants to end up with cameras in their face, have to issue a statement, be on local news saying "no comment".   

I should add that I have "black light" photos that show various stains on the carpet, though I am not sure how that evidence holds up against broad, "regular camera" photos, for the purposes of determining whether this constitutes "regular wear and tear" or whether I was justified in withholding a portion of the deposit.

Now I have seen where they steal Sheas security cameras and disable/destroy his alarms.
