Hello BPer's,After years of research on investment properties, I am looking to finally take the plunge!

just take the plunge.

@Zachary Bellinghausen I usually put a plunger on move-in in  a welcome package which I learned after I had a 40 year old woman who didn't know how to plunge a toilet.

For every 1 person I know that had a really tough first deal, I probably know 20+ people that have talked about investing for years, but never took the plunge.

You tell them, "Then hang up and dial 911"  Then go on to the part about the insurance.The only real difference with you going in person to deal with the toilet and calling a plumber, is that it would be cheaper for you to plunge/snake the toilet yourself.  

We’ve been listening to BP for a some time now and finally took the plunge earlier this year and got our first rental and recently picked up a second.

Nothing goes around them and things get bad real quick.Every time I get a blockage in a unit that can't be plunged, we pull the toilet and try to fish it from the bottom side. 

@Wayne Yates I think you have your mind made up, buy the RV and take the plunge. 

This massive stock market plunge is not because of the coronavirus.
