Cumberland county has been one of the fastest growing counties in the state for over a decade and there doesn't seem to be any slow down with all the warehouses being built along I-81.  

My tenant just texted me that she recently purchased a router for her internet.

A short drive to Atlanta, close to Lake Lanier and a growing county (Dawson County was one of the 100 fastest growing counties) seem to show Dawsonville has a great opportunuity set.

How should I approach the lender and what type of rental units would cash flow the fastest?

The fact that that they are both doing that, and are on lists of the fastest growing / largest employerss in metro Detroit - an otherwise economically depressed area - is honestly great stuff all around.I'm guessing in both cases, the low cost of living in the area is what helps them deliver on that, since that translates into lower salaries etc.

Right now we are in the fastest housing market on record and you are in one of the hottest markets.  

DFW is growing in leaps...per reports of our area growing fastest in coming years.

Out of the 3, Catskill seems to be growing the fastest, followed by Athens, then Coxsackie. 

One of the things I am working on currently is making decisions faster, this sounds like something you should move on and not look back.Here in Chicago, I am not sure scaling mobile home houses is the right move, but regardless it will get you where you are going the fastest.
