I would recommend examining the property from either a repositioning standpoint; Meaning, what is the ARV?

George,First I would examiner the note for compliance and enforceability, properly executed and the deed of trust provisions and if it was properly perfected, filed for record.

We have also observed that many of the "owners from away" of the 5-10 unit properties we have examined, bought them during the period when it looked as though the second refinery was to be built.
