After the initial purchase, my vendor charges me about $50 to exchange a broker washer/dryer, including delivery.

if we elect to shop on the market place for something competitive based on our actual need for doctor visits (besides delivery and baby checkups, we are both rather healthy adults) it seems so overwhelming trying to navigate all the options....deductibles, co-insurance, hmo, ppo, in network, hsa max out of pocket...im confused!!

Hello Milan - They'll have shell delivery requirements which will also outline their specs. for gas, electric, hvac, water, and sewer.

"A rent payment submitted in mail and post marked by the 1st is on time payment"The way to get around receiving payment in the mail late is to clearly state in your lease that payment is credited the day it is received regardless of the method of delivery. 

. - We issued the 5 day on 2/14 via personal delivery and she has not paid a penny for Feb or made an attempt to make a partial payment.

Licensed trades cost over $100 just to darken your doorstep, AND charge ridiculous markup on materials.I understand wanting to protect Joe Consumer, but PM's and experienced LL's should have options, in my opinion.
