-Out of the pool of local investors (I run a REIA here) I have identified 10 A-level “gamers” which I define as people I would love to work with based on skill sets, personal chemistry and track record.

I know that I could apply to jobs that would pay me greater and make it easier to begin investing, but at the same time I have told myself countless times that getting a "real job" may slow down my true dreams, and I cant imagine finding a salary job that I would enjoy doing.  

I've also met countless engineers who are skilled musicains like myself.

Over an eight month period, I‘ve wasted countless hours calling and calling and researching properties only to get discourage.

As I stated there was an exclusive listing for the first purchase attempt in 2016.I felt the sellers agent misled me since we discussed commission during 2017 in countless emails which I still have, I submitted a commission statement and my brokerage firm when I was asked to and the sellers agent sent me and my lawyer an invoice receipt which stated the property for sale, the commission amount and how much of my offer to purchase was applied against it and what the balance remains to be paid was.

Through good grades, test scores countless essays etc in high school, I managed to attain a full, 4-year tuition and housing scholarship to a Big 10 university.

This was a planned epidemic that needed a face to it for the masses to follow blindly, like the sleeping sheep the majority are.This was planned for decades in advance with many short "scares" like Ebola and the countless other "epidemics" to prepare the human mind for the grand finale, “CoronaVirus" omg!

I have had countless conversations with agents after a prolonged search for a new rental apartment about their line of work.. all of them either reportedly love it or hate it..

David that is the whole point if an investor wants to put in countless hours for 100 properties and get one for example and they make 30k then it might be worth their while.
