We totally understand the many different end strategies investors have to contemplate when pulling the trigger on a deal. 

Anyone here contemplated this same thing?

@Christine Travis   my normal approach prior to learning about BP and all the neat people here would have been to donate this to Habitat to Humans... and I was contemplating that around Christmas break.. when the thought occurred to me we can make this a nice learning experience for the audience..
