Rentler (owned by Tenant Cloud) looks like a good option that’s moving in the right direction but I’m surprised that they charge for lease forms and don’t allow for digital signing.Crossing my fingers.

This clouding of rational thought keeps them clinging on till the sheriff arrives and kicks.

I am just testing out Tenant Cloud for some of the same issues. 

I use Tenant cloud.

Were currently using Excel to track certain tasks, but would like something cloud based where the entire team can check tasks off, get reminded for future tasks, and collaborate on each project.

It also allows you to access your information from anywhere, as it's cloud-based.

To keep track of the expenses and manage the things in the right track, we have been dedicated in using the cloud based expense management tool from Replicon.

For a flat monthly fee, you get a property manger program that resides on the cloud.
