I can evaluate some of it, but often times I don't see a spot on the wall to be patched and painted until the couch is out of the way, or a broken shelf in the fridge until all the junk has been removed.

HOWEVER, they repaired a patch in the carpet that is VERY noticeable because the carpet no longer matches (although the patch itself was done well), and almost all the doorframes have a "waffly" look on bottom because they painted over but didn't sand enough or replace moldings that were clawed/chewed.

@Katrina Cebrian I’m not sure why you’d even consider this person unless you like patching holes punched in sheet rock, repairing doors ripped off their hinges and cleaning up blood stains in your carpet.

They may have patched the roof, sealed around the chimney, etc. and let the drywall air dry without looking behind the drywall or under the floor covering.

@Moritz BodeFlat Paint and Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Flooring throughput...hands down.Flat paint does not show patches and repairs as easily as other finishes that reflect light.LVP is awesome for flooring because it’s waterproof and goes down really fast because most brands do not require underpayment and because it is synthetic it doesn’t need to acclimatize before it’s installed.
