I went to college for much of the same reason you are describing, got my real estate license while in school, then when i graduated used the elevated salary I got from my degree to help build my investments.

I want to be able to give my future children and wife all my time and I also want to elevate my family from the position we have been in since the beginning of the decade.

If you want to elevate your life, improve on who you spend most of your time with.

Definitely catered to the wife and kid - so I could focus my energy and money elsewhere.Penthouse unit, valet parking for us/guests, indoor/outdoor pools & hot-tubs, kids playroom in the building, daily breakfast/coffee, laundry service, gym w/ included work-out classes daily, etc.Will be nice when I'm off work to go down the elevator to take my son swimming or to the kids playroom so he can lose his mind there instead of in our condo.The mortgage on this place would be astronomical considering the HOA fee associated with these types of all-inclusive buildings and the amenities.

Got the impression that there were people “living” in the hotel, I was in an elevator with a maintenance guy and he spoke English until I asked him if people were living there.

You can't force people to be smarter, or to work harder, to put more focus and desire then they want, so you will never elevate lower people up to higher ones, logical impossibility.

In our building, the first floor was elevated, so someone would have needed a ladder to even get to the first floor a/c units.
