I have been thinking about making the plunge into a REI for a while now and am edging closer.

I have to agree with Jonathan though unless your really ambitious and ready to take the plunge having money ready makes it a whole heck of alot easier. 

My wife, and I are taking the plunge into real estate investing, and I wanted to consult like minded individuals on a couple key items.1) Location, location, location.

So I took the plunge about 7 years ago.
