HOWEVER, if you google “non qualified mortgage lenders” or “DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) loans” you will find countless lenders that will give you a loan on a rental property with a 20-25% down payment with interest only terms (for me usually increases cashflow by $250 on $300k range homes) and no proof of income.
