You can't publicly market partnerships like you might cookies.I'm not saying you can't partner with your doctor, who would probably be an accredited investor anyway, but what you sell to him is not an investment product, it's an opportunity to partner on a specific transaction.And, he might ask why you think you're worth 50% when most intelligent people know there are managers available.

He thought my dad would do better by working another job and making more money.Because of his diligent study, my dad got into Beijing Fudan (elite school) and then moved to America to pursue a doctorate degree.

I would couple that with boutique coverage where you pay a fixed amount up front a year to see a doctor who treats you.

Just because they're both doctors doesn't mean they are both equally qualified.

So my zesstimate is always much higher than my list price, and while the listing is active, a buyer can't see that I doctored the zestimate.

I am a firm believer in going to the Specialists .Doctors are somewhat like Lawyers and CPA's .You would NOT consult a Brain Surgeon for Hemoroids .
