Please do NOT quote Brandon's post that has a long string of mentions WITHOUT deleting all those he tagged, you are tagging everyone again to your one liner post that has nothing to do with them.And, when you quote anyone that quoted another, you're tagging the person with the original post as well, that might be what you want, but maybe not.

Then the seller's attorney sent me a letter which said there is a violation notice came from local county,and the seller's attorney deleted some provisions on the contract and asked me to sign.

When I find myself writing out different responses and deleting them, and doing this over and over again, I end up just not responding.

I would never delete a living room, because I don't like renting to roommates.

I suggest you delete your post.  

I put in the message that if they ask 'is this available' then I will not respond as I will delete the ad the minute it is rented. 

Unsolicited text messages about buying a house in cash just sounds like a scam and anyone receiving that message will likely delete without giving it a thought.
