Attacking off market property owners with a paper offer will run them off.

There is no set way and everyone follows different routes to success.Find a plan of attack you like, and just start taking action on it.

Anyways.. just wanted to add that to the conversation ^^ Again I have a tremendous amount of respect for other but the above statement confirms what I already knew.I just didn't want to sound like I was attacking anyone.  

No credit can be attacked quickly with secured credit cards, store cards and the like.

The other empire shows up with it's army and starts to lay siege to the outhouse, only to learn a month later that they attacked the wrong structure.

& since the corp is anonymous through Wyoming laws they can't attack the corp & find out what else or who owns it. but your the manager so your getting a 1099 where you can use to write off business expenses.please spread light if I'm way off here..now idk how any of this affects getting another loan.

I would do the same if i was as embarrassed as you must be right now. you may have apologized for disrespecting and personally attacking some ppl on this forum but that doesnt make it settled. you havent apologized to me or to everyone else who will stumble on this discussion and completely waste 20 minutes of their time with your nonsense. unfortunately for you, my two cents is worth more than your deal. in fact, with my two cents, ill probably have a bigger equity position in it than you. 

@Dawid Surowiec  - I would not go into immediate panic attack because of what the owner/seller told you.

With all of the new legislations from government that attack private landlords it is becoming worse and worse all the time.
