I am using the zone term in a generic way as I have no idea how Yale is setup.Do you have them connected to a Z Wave or Zigbee hub or just to WiFi?

For the property taxes and insurance I am using the estimate on Redfin, but I am still confused is this estimate for 'monthly or annual'?

I have enough of these already and try not to add to the list of monthly fees.I am using Digital watchdog cameras and software.
