I think one of the most relevant parts for BP members is Title XIV – Mortgage Reform and Anti-Predatory Lending Act which deals with Residential Mortgage Loan Organization Standards, Minimum Standards for Mortgages, High-Cost Mortgages, Mortgage Servicing, Appraisal Activities, Mortgage Resolution & Modification as well as a couple other items.

So anti-primary includes restricts mobility due to mortgage which may cause missed opportunities, your home is unlikely to be as good buy n hold investment rental as a property purchased for that purpose.

UCD (university city district) is home to UPenn, CHop, Drexel U, and Penn Medicine. 2/2 apts rent for 14-1800 a month, 4/2's are in excess of 22-2400 a month (courtesy of www.rentometer.com) ARV's of dupes and tri's in the neighborhood will go from the 400's up to the mid 500's.

It seems to me that those that are anti solar in this thread are a combination of biased, misinformed, bad at math, or did not read the previous posts that clearly state that the returns on solar are not the same in all regions.To say that the panel's degrade and technology improves therefore it makes no sense to install panels today is ridiculous.
