I'd always suggest having an iron, hair dryer, coffee pot or Keurig, TV and internet to go with a changeable lockcode on site if you want to be high volume. 

Everyone wants to stick with the traditional pathways to wealth, which I completely understand, but I think it’s really important for us all to know that technology has completely changed everything about the entire world in the last 5 to 10 years, and the early adopters of that technology are going to be the ones that strike fast while the iron is hot. 

No option and site unseen= a good recipe for extensive cast iron sewer pipe replacement and other fun unbudgeted items. 

I have some good stuff to share but I need to iron out the kinks first. 

My STRs have everything needed for living in the house, from iron and ironing board to crock pot to beach towels, beach chairs and coolers.

For example, most SFR's built before 1977 used cast iron sewage lines.

Hello @Steve Batista it would make my day to see the lease that is provided from CT REIA because I remember of the coaches talking about how iron clad they are.    

Many have old knob and tube wiring, cast iron plumbing, clay tile sewer lines with problems, plaster problems, etc.

Rather than using ABS (plastic) for the drains he installs cast-iron that has a life expectancy for commercial purposes for 15 years.A city inspector catches the Hispanics working on the job and the city stops the work.

I have one of those old cast-iron tubs with the thinned construction near the water wall.
