It's unbelievable how good/fast they are at helping clean things up when they get a complaint about something.)4)  As for the "weaker tenant base", I guess that's another relative term but I'm struggling to see what it's weaker than. 

I am ADDICTED to Bigger Pockets podcasts and purchased several books from BP (and recommended books from guests on the podcast) to learn different ways to purchase real estate.

I am addicted, I literately can't stop thinking of ways I can utilize my 401k to get more properties.

I'm really not one to argue as most everyone here will never attest to, but saying there was any weekend seminar that taught more of the basics of RE that an RE school is totally unbelievable, impossible, not enough hours in the day.

Prices like those are unbelievable (I could afford to bypass financing event).
