The footprint is also small, has a good sized bedroom, kitchen and bath but no dining room,  very small living room and the other bedroom is upstairs and not very useful because of roof except for a kids room.

We removed a large wall to open up the kitchen to the dining area, and extended the size of the bathroom, and added a pantry in the kitchen.
