Some folks are more valuable as "team members" than others and everyone has their own business model and we must be sensitive to that. 

-Equities: Heavy EM/Commodities/Tech/Growth-Cryptocurrency: ETH/BTC/LINK/AAVE/DOT/SOL - network effects / illiquid markets sensitive to future institutional flows.

Well... it will be when an applicant goes through id theft and lists you as a source that collected sensitive information and question about your process will be asked and yeah it applies to even a self-manager.

I would be passive as much as possible and then a string of problems make me sensitive to all that is happening.  4 evictions in 3 years is pretty high and in some cases clearly due to poor tenant selection.  

The forum is sensitive to those folks and understandably so many of the times.  

You will need to implement a time sensitive task list for maintenance to assure all inspection work is completed so you do not loose any rents for non compliant units.
