Reality is water& sewer is going to be an ongoing thorn in your side, just the reality of it in MN as utilities will let them rack up insane bills which if you don't monitor them, will be found after a tenants move out.

This will cover 99% of propect work schedules4) Self-Showings - easiest, but potential security problems - suggest using Ring or Simply Safe type systems to monitor comings/goings and that they locked doors on exit and didn't leave a window unlocked for later burglary.

2) Ring does not allow the ability to reconnect remotely, I have to do it when I am at the property, which renders remote monitoring useless.
