I am a giant newbie.

All in all I'm chalking all this up to a giant learning experience and hopefully I won't have a more expensive version of this in the future.

Sounds reasonable to me especially since those are some serious ticket items.Also in my experience, boilers are a GIANT pain in the butt.

I'd have to second what Dick Rosen said, it all depends on what you're looking for in each of those areas.

Even if it is the most giant pain in the world - it is priceless and will help you better qualify property managers when you get there as you will know what the job is about.

Columbus has experienced so much growth for the past few years, partly due to the influx of tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google building warehouses and data centers in the area, which has contributed to an increase in property prices and more people moving into the city for job opportunities.
