The seller has decided to terminate the contract after our last correspondence.

I have been a broker, a Principal Broker and operated two lending companies one a Mortgage Broker Business and one a Correspondent Lender in the state of Florida.

He has provided me with correspondence from the current Prop Mgr.

Hi all,  Forgive me in advance on this response, but I believe that the question and corresponding responses have gotten a bit out of control.   

Somebody from Roofstock relayed a vague message saying they’ll respond to my correspondence from a while back about a separate issue.

I guess they feel more personable and interested in helping than if you are just corresponding via email/phone.Does anyone have any additional stellar tips for getting offers accepted?

I'm grateful for a resource such as this one and have already corresponded with many.

@Ivan Barratt thank you and appreciate the additional input.I'm glad you brought up the property management too on how that's going to correspond to communication to both the owner and PM as well as the tenants.

At least that’s my opinion lol yeah it seems the correspondent lenders are not willing to do the work. thank you for the feedback
