I can remember on several occasions that the first deal looked like the best deal at the time and after digging deeper it was a bad deal and a better one presented itself.

I expect to be able to pay off the 2nd unit within 4-6 years because I work in commission and get high bonuses on occasion. 

Husband was able to quit last year, and now works a variaty of jobs, and details cars on occasion.   

Rob Nies Its been a couple years since Ive been to Rock Hill, but I enjoyed my time there on a few occasions.

On the few occasions where the company rented the flat directly I had to put the lease in my name a couple of times - tenants in a residential lease in that jurisdiction had to be natural persons - but did have it in the company name several times as well.Check your regulations/laws and, if uncomfortable, as an officer of the company to co-sign the lease.

There were a few occasions where I passed on bidding on a property because of lien position or other possible clouds.

There have been many, many occasions I thought about asking the friends with small businesses if they might consider giving me some hours working sales for them.

On occasion the lender will ask for an income and expense statement from the borrower and if there is sufficient income to pay an increased monthly amount some lenders will divide the arrearage amount by 6 months and add that amount to the next 6 month loan payment.

Though I've enjoyed an In N Out burger with Tim on more than one occasion.
