East village is great but already pricey.

Boston Edison, Indian Village, University Hills, maybe Grosse Point Farms for our personal home.

Depending on how close they want to be, how much they want to spend and their requirements for the neighborhood, I think most are probably looking at South Loop, U Village, Tri-Taylor, maybe Pilsen.

Like the village decided to mess with "non owner occupants" taxes.Good luck and Welcome to the site!

I bet someone with MLS access could answer that for you with a simple search.Here is an article describing how developing the Village West (Legends) shopping area impacted KCK: http://www.post-gazette.com/news/nation/2006/12/22....I guess my point is that Cerner at the racetrack was additive and the hope and possibility, I'd say likelihood, is that in the long term Cerner at Bannister will be transformative for the area in the way Village West was for KCK.- John

shouldn't be any fees from the hvac contractor for pulling a permit. you can just pay the fee directly to the village. shouldn't be much. i'd say $100 tops. you're paying $100 to make sure your work is done correctly. remember, the inspector works for you.they also assure the hvac contractor won't run off with your $. now, if the hvac company has to be licensed (bs imo) then they may charge you back for that...to the tune of $200-$250.

I would go with areas like the West Village, Greenwich Village, and Meat Packing District. 

the left over land from arbor village has been bought by Lennar and they will build that out.all the the property on the East side of the railroad that is in the UGB and city limits is in play currently..

The village is vey easy to work with as well.
