Interested in hearing some feedback from previous experiences where an investor flipped a property when they should have wholesaled it or or vice versa.....Also, what are some good rules of the road to help you determine whether not you would flip a property or wholesale it?

I still don't know the right question :-) but I am happy to know that the answer is "the taxpayers must be the same" and that there can be circumstances where a disregarded LLC can 1031 to personal name and vice versa.

Vice versa if someone got hurt on the property they could not sue you only the LLC.
