There are certainly very trustworthy (potential) team members with "boots on the ground" but that is not substitute for personal, upfront evaluation.

Answering the phone by yourself is a good, professional and trustworthy than any style of phone answering.

Indy is a great market, but reasonably priced turnkey inventory with reliable and trustworthy providers, including PM can be a real challenge right now.

Not trying to scare you, I would just make sure you do due diligence and have trustworthy property management and other team members with boots on the ground in the market you're buying in.I would also recommend taking a trip here (if you haven't) and just driving neighborhoods to get a feel for them.
